It's a New Season

Let's get it right take your health into much and great consideration. Moderation in everything we do brings about great results. I am not a health professional, but I am health conscious about my intake and body regimen. Here are a few quick moves to get you off to a good start of living long on the Right Side of 50.

 Each move is very basic. hold yourself in the position breathe normal and hold position for one minute between each pose jog in place for two minutes. Do this starting with 2 reps, remember moderation is what builds up endurance.
