Rightsideof50 is a women's organization that was built on my release of life struggles, triumphs and openness of standing on my own. Rightsideof50 is not only open to women over 50 years of age but, is open to all women of all ages. The true meaning of Rightsideof50 is finding your true self on either side. This would make either side of 50 Right for the women standing.
The conception of Rightsideof50 is geared to all women of all ethnic backgrounds whom have found themselves in problematic life situations that have made it trying to be self-sufficient contributors within their homes. Many women have jobs but they are under employed many women have jobs but not careers. Rightsideof50 is here to offer assistance, referrals, peer groups and workshops to help them make the positive changes as they are trying to forge ahead from undesirable transitions. Rightsideof50 is a place where you will find a non-judgmental group of women that have a story of their own. The best part of Rightsideof50 is that each woman believes we have not truly made it, until we have successfully brought a sister along the road of bettering themselves by achieving their level of success.
Through positive mentorship, health education guidance of decision making the organization is everchanging women’s focus from just making it to making constructive changes to realizing their strength and self-esteem. In addition, “Rightsideof50” is empowering women to feel confident, and to have a Each 1 Encourage 1 mindset.
